Retreats, day spas, massages and all those good things are amazing, if these experiences are things you WANT to do, not NEED to do. 

 

I’m here to help you create manageable, healthy habits that you can fit into your schedule easily and start building a life with less stress, more energy and better health; a life you don’t want to escape from.

 

The 21 day reset is the how. And all you need is 25 minutes a day!

 

Each morning there will be a short yoga or mat Pilates practice to get yourself ready and moving for the day. These sessions will go for approximately 15 minutes, a length that we can all fit in by either setting the alarm 15 minutes earlier or simply scrolling for 15 minutes less.

 

The second practice is how we finish our day. This session will be either a lush slow flow, yin or restorative yoga, a meditation or Qigong practice. These sessions will be approximately 10 minutes long.

  • If you need to skip the morning practice and just do the unwind practices on some days, that’s so fine

  • Please listen to your body, you are your greatest teacher, I am merely the guide for your journey
