Your Complete Mat Practice course focuses on both strength and mobility but most of all creating CONSISTENCY in your practice.
This Course meets all your Mat Practicing needs, with Slow Flow yoga, Vinyasa and Pilates your body will be moving in dynamic ways to gain flexibility and strength.
This challenge was design to be completed over five weeks, but of course you can work through it at your own pace. With Lifetime access once purchased you have the option to repeat this course as many times as you wish.

When we start to create healthy habits, choose to make time for our health and wellbeing is when we start to see true results in our selves. There is no quick fix but this 5-week challenge will set you up to reset and build a routine for yourself. It is those small shifts that add up to major growth in our lives.

I’m not going to lie, when I stayed disciplined and consistent in my practice, I saw the shifts in my physical body getting stronger, flexible and toned. I felt the shifts in my mind, feeling more balanced, less reactive. This feedback from my body and my mind excited me, and gave me the desire to keep going!
When we feel strong and flexible we feel more balanced and grounded within ourselves. This gives us the ability to act with clarity, focus and confidence.

In this online program we practice a mixture of Yoga and Pilates classes. Your body will flow and strengthen with these classes. Your mind will have a chance to slow down and your awareness may deepen. Feeling balanced within ourselves with the variety of the three classes a week.
