The Flow Tone challenge focusses on both strength and mobility.

 

When we feel strong and flexible we feel more balanced and grounded within ourselves. This gives us the ability to act with clarity, focus and confidence.

If we are only focussed on strength, our muscles will get strong but they will shorten and movement may become restricted. If we focus solely on ‘being flexible’, we can overlook functional movement potentially over stretching and damaging ligaments.

When we combine functional strength with a yoga flow, we increase the length of the muscle and therefore increase flexibility and mobility. This then allows us to move in both a more powerful, open and efficient way.

 

This challenge is designed to be taken over 5 weeks, but you have full permission to move through it at your own pace. PLUS, you have LIFETIME access, so you can repeat as many times as you wish to. In the Flow tone Challenge 5-week program we use a mixture of Yoga and Pilates exercises. Your body will move in a way that increases your mobility whilst strengthening the surrounding muscles in your body. We will focus on core and booty (glutes) areas; two major muscle groups that when strengthened increase your ability to perform daily activities with ease, the range of physical activities you are able to perform, your body awareness in general (this is especially helpful to those of you with lower back pain/issues) and injury prevention.

  • Learn some foundational exercises that you can continue with after the challenge

What the course looks like:

  • 15 sessions

  • 30-40min a session

  • its designed to do over 5 weeks, 3 sessions a week.
