Bel is an exceptional teacher - generous, knowledgeable and her classes are always inspiring. I highly recommend Bel's Chakra course, it was so interesting, useful and provoked much profound self reflection. Looking forward to the next course!
Bel is an incredibly warm, knowledgeable and down to earth teacher. Whether it's her spicy pilates classes or gentle flows her sequencing is so seamless and always leaves me feeling better than when I walked in. I recently participated in two short courses that she offered that were really beautiful and helped to strengthen my own practice. Definitely recommend! As an added bonus, she's also an absolute crack up!

Bel's classes are some of the best I've ever been to, over 15 or so years of practicing yoga. I love her focus on connecting with both our bodies and our intuition, and respecting the way seasonal changes throughout the year can have an impact on how we feel. Her teaching style is down to earth and often humorous, and she brings fresh ideas and perspectives to each class. I always leave feeling both physically and spiritually refreshed and nourished.
Bel is incredibly artful in her knowledge and so welcoming and accommodating for all levels of experience and body capabilities and diversity. She has a unique blend of yoga that is so refreshing and inspiring. Now that I’ve found her I’m not letting go!!
